These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DataFab Ltd ("RoboCorp," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the RoboCorp platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and may delete your account.
Additional Terms

Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using it, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering these Terms.
Geographic Restrictions
The Platform is operated from and intended for users in jurisdictions where its operation is lawful. You are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that the Platform is available everywhere.
Account Restrictions
You may not create or use an account if you have been banned, are prohibited by law, or had an account terminated for violations.

Service availability is not guaranteed; we may modify or discontinue features anytime. Beta features are provided “as is.”
By connecting social media accounts, you grant us limited access to behavioral metadata as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
We never share your data without your explicit approval per transaction.
For each monetization opportunity, you’ll see who’s buying, what they’re buying, why, how long they’ll retain it, and how much you’ll earn.
You always receive 100% of the value in DAAC tokens — processed within 24 hours, with no fees.
You can revoke access anytime by disconnecting accounts or deleting your RoboCorp profile.

You are responsible for taxes on token transactions.
All Platform content and software belong to RoboCorp. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer it.
Your created content remains yours, but you grant RoboCorp a non-exclusive license to host and display it.

The Platform is provided “as is.” RoboCorp disclaims all warranties.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoboCorp and affiliates from claims arising from your use, violations, or content.
Governing Law: England and Wales
Arbitration: Conducted under CEDR in London (or online).
Class Action Waiver: Disputes resolved individually.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, inactivity, or legal reasons.
Upon termination, access ceases and tokens may be forfeited.
Entire Agreement, Severability, No Waiver, Assignment, and Force Majeure clauses apply.
UK consumer rights remain unaffected.
Communications are electronic (email, app notifications).
English version prevails.
YouTube API: Subject to YouTube Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
OAuth Integrations: Must comply with each third-party platform’s terms.
Knowledge Fabric: You must have rights to connected data.
Beta participation implies confidentiality, feedback rights to RoboCorp, and no warranty.
Developers must safeguard API keys, follow rate limits, and comply with all policies.
